Recently, our subsidiary Nu Visual Media deployed three production teams in a single day to facilitate three shoots happening at the same time, in three different countries: Grenada, St. Kitts, and Barbados.

R: Admin Assistant for Nu Visual Media and Summit Media and Event Rentals, Lekeisha

With just a few days prior to production, the frantic scurry of logistics for our Admin and Accounts Manager and her team of two began. They were able to finalise every detail in a whirlwind of coordination: booking flights, securing permits, arranging ground transport, confirming accommodation, liaising with local contacts and the interviewees. All while ensuring per diems, project briefs and documentation were all in place. They were the main reason that each crew was deployed safely and on time, and the clients were kept well informed.

Meanwhile we borrowed Brenden Gonsalves, from our sister company Summit Media and Event Rentals’ to fill in for a shoot here in Barbados. The result we were facilitating three shoots all starting at 10am, the same Monday morning.
The precision and persistence of our Admin superheroes turned what could have been chaos into clockwork. Three shoots at the same time in three different countries… It’s a reminder that great production isn’t just about who’s behind the camera, it’s also about the people behind the logistics. Simply put, our Admin team is rock solid! They’re the engine behind our ability to move fast and execute seamlessly because doing what we do takes far more than just core creative talent.
This is why we’re confident that whether it’s one shoot or three, one country or five, we’re built for it. Our capacity to scale while maintaining precision and quality reflects the strength of the PinderHope Enterprises model: shared resources, unified management, and one point of accountability. This structure allowed us the resources to ensure each team deployed with industry standard and reliable equipment, while still ensuring that our rentals company was able to satisfy demand for some of the same equipment deployed.
For us, it is quite clear… from small islands to big ideas, we make regional execution local, everywhere. And that’s the PinderHope advantage.
