A New Chapter Begins
In November 2024, after two years of operating side by side with our A/V rentals company, our two Directors combined resources and formally launched PinderHope Enterprises to own and manage our three companies: AccuSounds, Nu Visual Media (Barbados), and Summit Media and Event Rentals. We’ve kept things fairly low-key, but in less than a year, the results have been inspiring:
- Four new hires across the companies
- Five new roles created (four of which have already been been filled)
- Two internal promotions awarded to fill two of the new roles created
Our full-time team complement now stands at 14 persons (2x Directors, 3x Managers, 2x Supervisors, 5x Creative/Technical and 2x Admin); supported by a strong network of approved service providers.
New Office Building, New Momentum

With this, we made a major infrastructural leap by moving into a much larger facility; 20 times the size of the one previously occupied by Nu Visual Media alone. For the first time, we were blessed to have the full team under one roof. This wasn’t just a real estate upgrade; it was an investment in people and performance.
We tailored the building to fit our needs, two studios, a boardroom, adequate warehouse space, store front for the rentals company, and even a dedicated staff lounge. We also implemented across-the-board salary increases for all team members who were with us before the move in November. We needed more from our team, so it only felt right to give more.
When Synergy Becomes Strategy
We love the culture we have at our office and the synergies between our companies has already been paying off. On recent example being when AccuSounds was entrusted by the National Cultural Foundation to provide audio-visual services for CARIFESTA this year.
They called in the calvary and our companies combined provided audiovisual support for 100 events (Yes, the actual number) across 16 venues in just 10 days, with 31 crew deployments to concerts, workshops, literary showcases, film screenings, and Country nights.
By pooling expertise across our companies, we reduced complexity for organisers, maintained consistent quality, and maximised efficiency. Essentially, we provided many services but with one point of contact, one invoiced entity, and one cohesive experience, instead of multiple service provider headaches.
Defining a New Standard
Today, PinderHope Enterprises is the largest direct A/V and media production group in Barbados by full-time staff complement. We’re proud to also be the largest employer of UWI Creative Arts – Film alumni working in a field of study, with four of our team members hailing from that programme. That’s the nature of reinvestment: pushing resources back into our people and operations to create more opportunities and better outcomes.
Our trajectory is clear: reinvestment, reinvention, and synergy. With each company already outperforming historical benchmarks since coming together, and with infrastructure and talent scaling rapidly, PinderHope Enterprises is positioned not just as a service provider, but as a market leader with the aim of redefining A/V and media production in the Caribbean.
